<p>PURPOSE:To use frictional electricity due to friction and to destaticize the electrostatic charge of a form by providing a form running guide to which small glass balls are scattered on the form guide face on the form running path between a transfer part and a fixing part. CONSTITUTION:A form running guide 11 which guides a form 10 toward a fixing part 12 is provided on a form running path 13 between a corona charger 9 and the flash fixing part 12. Small glass balls 1, 1... are stuck to the surface of a stainless plate 3 by a binder 2 to constitute the form running guide 11, and the form running guide 11 is provided in the form running path 13 so that small glass balls 1 on the plate 3 can be brought into contact with the form 10. Frictional electricity due to friction between small glass balls of the form running guide and the form is used to effectively destaticize the electrostatic charge of the form used in an electrophotographic printer.</p> |
