VARIABLE CAPACITY TYPE COMPRESSOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the refrigerator operation characteristics of a compressor by changing the opening of a uniform pressure communication passage between the upstream side of a pressure control valve in a suction passage and a crank chamber, interlocked with the opening control of the pressure control valve. CONSTITUTION:A communication hole 44 is so provided to communicate the upstream side of a pressure control valve 35 near a refrigerant inlet 31 to a crank chamber 5. A communication hole 43 opens when a valve 37 is at a lower position and closes when the valve 37 is at an upper position. A mechanism for adjusting said valve opening and closing is so set as to close the communication hole 43 when the pressure control valve 35 operates for closing. According to the aforesaid constitution, the clogging of uniform pressure communication passages with oil is prevented and the refrigerator operation characteristics of a compressor can be improved.
