<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity under a present state, by a method wherein only by grasping an exclusive use part by a general purpose part through a chuck means, line equipment is actuated according to given programming data stored in a memory mounted to the exclusive use part. CONSTITUTION:When an exclusive use part (jig) 7 is grasped by a general purpose part (robot) 5 of line equipment (assembling device) 4 through a chuck means 6, a data communicating circuit between a memory mounted to the exclusive use part 7 and a controller 10 of the line equipment 4 is closed. According to a given programming data responding to the exclusive use part 7 stored in the memory, the line equipment 4 is actuated without trying. This constitution eliminates a work to vary programming data of the controller 10 during exchange of the exclusive use part 7.</p> |
