PURPOSE:To improve stop characteristics of a vehicle, according to the method wherein, when a control lever is situated about in a neutral position, a boost pressure is fed to a closed circuit to increase the neutral point return moment of a pump. CONSTITUTION:A varying volume type piston pump (p) and a constant volume type hydraulic motor (m) are interconnected through passages 11 and 12 to form a closed circuit. A boost pressure feed device (b) is mounted in the passage 11 and 12, and a selection control mechanism (u), selecting a high pressure control system (h) and a low pressure control system (l), is connected to the feed device (b). The selection control mechanism (u) is connected to a detecting device (n), detecting the vicinity of a neutral position, and a control lever (o), controlling an oblique plate (i) of the pump (p), is connected thereto. When the detecting mechanism (n) detects the vicinity of the neutral position of the control lever (o), the selection control mechanism (u) is actuated to select the high pressure control system (h). This cuauses increases of neutral point return moment. |
