An anchoring head (1) is connected to a rod (2). The anchor is terminated in its lower part by a body (3) having a longitudinal slot running from its foot. The width of the slot is equal to the diameter of a reinforcing bar (B). A lateral projecting ear on the body has semi circular grooves which take bars connecting the reinforcing bars (A,B) after pouring the concrete. A retaining spring (12) is mounted between the anchor body and a reinforcing bar. A perforated screen (13) is interposed between the lower part of the anchor and the wall of the opposite concrete in the anchor.
