<p>The present invention relates to a method for assaying soluble APP, comprising using an antibody against amyloid beta protein (A beta ) or amyloid precursor protein (APP). In accordance with the present invention, soluble APP can be accurately assayed. Additionally, an assay system composed of a monoclonal antibody recognizing the N-terminus of A beta and a monoclonal antibody recognizing soluble APP in combination can definitely diagnose the presence or absence of Alzheimer disease. <IMAGE></p> |
