PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking device in which, even if a pan whose bottom is not flat is used, electromagnetic coupling with a heating coil is intimate, and a heating quantity is maintained, temperature is detected properly, and usability is good. SOLUTION: At a center opening of a top plate 10, a heating coil 11 wound on a disk is held by means of a expandable, flexible coil holding member 12 and is then disposed. Therefore, even if a pan 9 whose bottom is not flat is used, the pan 9 and the heating coil 11 are in intimately contact, and a magnetic fluxes are coupled highly, so that heating efficiency can be maintained. Further, thermal conductivity to a temperature sensor 8 is proper, and high-precision temperature control can be performed. Furthermore, the device has good usability, even during cooking while a Chinese pan or the like is swung. Moreover, since the pan 9 and the heating coil 11 are well coupled, a leaking magnetic flux to the periphery is less, and the resultant radiation noise can be restrained. |
