The torsional oscillation damper has two clutch elements (1,2) operating between a primary and secondary part. The second clutch elements has a hub (2.6)or flanged component which, together with the first clutch element, form an intermediate space for a sealing arrangement. The space between the two facing surfaces (22,24;23,25) of the two clutch element contains at least one radially extending intermediate ring (35,36). Part-gaps (40.1,40.2,40.3,40.4) are sealed by a sealing-ring (31.3,32.1;31.2,32.2). The resistance momentum of the intermediate rigs is adjustable.
