VIBRATION SUPPRESSING DEVICE ON ENGINE CRANKING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the riding comfort of the car and the calmness in spite of the timing and frequency of cranking occurrences by suppressing the engine vibration due to the change in the torque resistance which the crankshaft assumes during the engine cranking. SOLUTION: A motor is controlled to run based on detecting the rotational phase of the crankshaft by means of detecting the rotational phase of the crankshaft so that the output torque of the motor changes according to the change in the resistance torque which the crankshaft assumes in regard to the cranking for the engine cranking.
