PURPOSE: A surface light-emitting lamp and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the driving voltage and keeping voltage by minimizing an interval between electrodes regardless of the diameter of supporting dies, thereby improving the electricity efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A surface light-emitting lamp includes a plurality of supporting dies(45) of a predetermined diameter between first and second substrates(41,41a), first and second electrodes(43,43a) formed in the wave form zigzag on either of the first and second substrates, and fluorescent layers formed on facing surfaces of the first and second substrates, wherein an interval between the first and second electrodes becomes different from portions where the supporting dies are formed and the other portions where the supporting dies are not formed.
