<p>PURPOSE: An equipment for manufacturing construction materials using plastic waste materials is provided which increases extrusion speed, diversely controls internal filling density of the construction materials, and can be miniaturized. CONSTITUTION: In a hydraulic extrusion equipment, the equipment for manufacturing construction materials using waste materials comprises an extrusion cylinder(11) equipped with a hydraulic motor and a hydraulic pump; a cylindrical middle barrel(12) which becomes an operating space of a cylinder rod(11A) of the extrusion cylinder(11), into which raw materials are charged, and on the central side part of the outer circumferential surface of which a compactor(13) is installed; a raw material hopper(14) which is closely adhered onto the upper part of the outer circumferential surface of the middle barrel(12) so that the raw material hopper(14) is equipped with a rotary raw material charging hole cover(14A); a cylindrical heater(15) which is coaxially closely adhered onto the front surface of one side of the middle barrel(12) installed oppositely to the extrusion cylinder(11); an extrusion die(16) which is coaxially closely adhered onto the front surface of one side of the cylindrical heater(15); a cooler(17) which is coaxially closely adhered onto the front surface of one side of the extrusion die(16), and on the outer circumferential surface of which cooling fins are formed; and a controller for controlling the extrusion cylinder(11), raw material charging hole cover(14A), compactor(13) and heater(15), wherein the equipment further comprises a water inlet(17A) and a water outlet(17B) which are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cooler(17) so that water supplied from the outside is circulated through the water inlet(17A) and water outlet(17B).</p> |
