Navigation devices (100) individually mounted on moving bodies moving as a group to a destination each have a classification section (101) for classifying identification information into the leader or into the members, the information identifying the individual navigation devices composing the group; a route search section (102) for searching, when a navigation device is classified as the leader by the classification section (101), for a leading route from a current position up to the destination; a communication section (104) for distributing route information on the leading route searched by the route search section (102) to the navigation devices (100) of the remaining members forming the group; and a leading section (105) for performing route leading based on the leading route searched by the route search section (102).
