<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a maintenance vehicle that can easily control a load so as to prevent an engine from stalling when the load is abruptly changed. <P>SOLUTION: A load control mode changeover switch is turned on (S151). A gear ratio pattern is set (S152). A pedaling amount of a forward (reverse) pedal is read (S153). A target gear ratio value that corresponds to the pedaling amount on the gear ration pattern is calculated on the basis of the read numerical value (S154). The number of revolutions of the present engine and the number of revolutions of an output shaft are read, and the present gear ratio value and load torque are calculated (S155, S156). Subsequently, a gear ratio and a load map are read (S157). When the load torque at the present gear ratio value exceeds load torque on an engine stall line (α line) at the target gear ratio value, a voltage applied to a proportional electromagnetic valve is corrected (S158, S159) so that the target gear ratio value is lowered to a point that corresponds to the present gear ratio value on a line along an engine stall prevention line (β line). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
