PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline for pneumatic feeding of an optical cable which is highly reliable when the pipeline is laid into a large-diameter pipeline and the method for laying the same. SOLUTION: This laying method consists in previously measuring the length of the large-diameter pipeline in which the pipeline 10 for pneumatic feeding of the optical cable in laid and executing the laying by pulling the front end of the pipeline for pneumatic feeding of the optical cable with which the numerical value 11 indicating the distance from one end of the pipeline 10 for pneumatic feeding of the optical cable is displayed under specified tension, then collating the length of the pipeline 10 for pneumatic feeding of the optical cable and the length of the large-diameter pipeline, thereby making it possible to check the elongation of the pipeline 10 for pneumatic feeding of the optical cable. The length of the pipeline 10 for pneumatic feeding of the optical cable is regulated by utilizing the result thereof. |
