A turbine (VK), generator (G) and turbo compressor (KT) are mounted on the same shaft. An air storage tank (L1) is supplied with air from diesel compressors (DK1, DK2) and electric compressors (KK1-KK6) and this air is directed against the turbine blades. Air from the turbo compressors is supplied to the electric compressors in order to increase pressure, since this causes a temperature increase in the heat exchanger (VVX1-VVX4) before the air is returned to the storage tank in the closed circuit. Steam from a boiler (EP1-EP4) is supplied to the heat exchanger. |
