摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-electric-conductivity carbon nanotube (CNT) thin film; and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This CNT thin film contains a CNT composition being applied to a plastic substrate, and is characterized in that the CNT composition includes a CNT, and an amine compound used as a dispersant and having a boiling point lower than 150°C. When applied to the plastic substrate, the CNT composition contains an amine compound as a dispersant, and has a structure characterized in that the amine compound is removed by heat treatment after the CNT composition is applied to the plastic substrate. This manufacturing method of the CNT thin film includes steps of: preparing a CNT dispersion liquid by mixing the amine compound used as a dispersant and having a boiling point lower than 150°C with the CNT; forming the CNT thin film by applying the CNT dispersion liquid to the plastic substrate; and removing the amine compound from the CNT thin film by applying heat treatment to the CNT dispersion liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
