An overheating preventive apparatus of compressor is provided to prevent the compressor from being affected by the compressor external temperature change, and to correspond to the temperature change of refrigerant. An overheating preventive device of compressor comprises a casing(10) which accepts a driving motor and a refrigerant compression unit, and an overheat protector(40) which is installed inside the casing. The overheat protector switches off the power transferred to the driving motor if the inner temperature of casing rises over the preset temperature. The controller(50) controls the operation of overheat protector according to the inner temperature of casing. |
