PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling flush type air conditioner in which a fan guard provided at an air inlet is molded integrally with a protective cover performing finger touch protection of a harness extending along the rear surface of a drain pan or the vicinity thereof to a fan motor and the joint thereof. SOLUTION: In a ceiling flush type air conditioner where an air inlet 2 is provided with a fan guard 9 for protecting a finger against touching a fan, one ends of the fan guard and a drain pan are formed integrally through a thin flange part 10 and parts 11, 11' stopping at the drain pan are provided at the other end of the fan guard. A protective cover 9a having a flange 9b performing finger touch protection of a harness 12 and the joint 12a thereof from below is formed continuously at the circumferential fringe of the fan guard. |
