PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cooling structure capable of efficiently cooling a coil end while suppressing increase in weight.SOLUTION: The motor cooling structure comprises: a stator core of a motor; a coil that is provided in the stator core and includes a first coil end and a second coil end which protrude in both end portions of the stator core in an axial direction; a tube member that is provided while being spaced apart from an outer peripheral surface of the stator core in a radial direction, extends in an axial direction of the motor and forms a coolant passage insides; a first coolant injection hole that is formed in the tube member and opened towards the first coil end; and a first flange part that is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the tube member at a downstream side of the coolant injection hole in a coolant flowing direction, protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the tube member and corrects an injection direction of a coolant that is injected from the first coolant injection hole, into a direction toward the first coil end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
