PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a hot water discharge function with a sealing property, safety during the discharge of hot water, easiness at the time of forming a hot water discharge port, and ready disposability in the lid member of a container for instant foods such as chow mein requiring hot water discharge work. SOLUTION: A base material and surface sheet covering it are laminated via an adhesive, and the laminate is divided into a separation area A with a release agent applied between the layers of the base material and the surface sheet, a non-separation area C disposed within the separation area, and the other non-separation area B arranged contiguous to the separation area. A half-cut 4 for forming a hot water discharge opening is formed within the non- separation area C, and a separation half-cut 5 is formed straight along the boundary of the non-separation area B adjoining the separation area A. Furthermore, in the vicinity of a knob for the hot water discharge opening 3, a knob part separation half-cut 6 is provided at a position crossing the separation half-cut 5 starting from the outer peripheral end of an opposite side to the separation half-cut 5. |
