The invention relates to a drill tool for percussive drilling. The drill tool has a drill string assembly (1), a drill bit assembly (2), a central flushing channel (3), and a borehole survey tool (4) in the central flushing channel (3). The borehole survey tool (4) is configured to obtain data of a borehole drilled by the drill tool and the borehole survey tool (4) has a transmitter (5) for transmitting signals containing data of the borehole drilled by the drill tool. The drill tool has at the borehole survey tool (4) at least one signal transparent member (6) extending between the central flushing channel (3) and a circumferential outer surface (7) of the drill tool. The invention relates also to an adapter (11), to a drill bit assembly (1), to a method for manufacturing the adapter (11), and to a method for manufacturing the drill bit assembly (1).
