The training unit is for strengthening body muscles, and comprises an elongate body with weights at its ends. The unit is gripped with both hands, and the trunk is moved backwards and forwards without any hip motion. The elongate body is tubular and is made of plastics reinforced with glass fibre. Both the length of the tube and the size of the weights are such that they provide a high inertia moment. |
