PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive image forming material which can form an image at high sensitivity by heating or heat generated by photothermal conversion and a lithographic original plate which can be produced directly from digital data by recording by using a laser or a thermal head using the image forming material, does not need a special treatment such as wet development and rubbing after image exposure, and is excellent in stain properties and printability. SOLUTION: A polymer having a functional group generating phosphonic acid, phosphinic acid, and phosphoric acid by heating is incorporated. The functional group is shown by formulas I-III. In the formulas, L is an organic group comprising a polyvalent nonmetal atom necessary to connect the functional group shown by the formulas I-III with a polymer skeleton; R is an alkyl group, an aryl group, or a cyclic imide group. Moreover, it is preferable to use a photothermal conversion substance additionally to improve sensitivity. |
