The principle of the solution consists in the fact that the support frame (22) is equipped with bearings (21), in which there is a revolving carrying shaft (20) on one end with a closely fixed first carrying plate (19) corresponding with the drive mechanism (9) and on the second end, with a closely fixed second carrying plate (19'). In the first carrying plate (19), in the regular pitches, there are horizontally arranged shifting and revolving support shafts (8) and in the second carrying plate (19'), opposite the shifting support shafts (8), there are revolving non-shifting support shafts (8'). All the pairs of support shafts (8, 8'), are on their free ends, equipped with holders (24). On the side of the first carrying plate (19), on the support frame (22), there is swinging lever (11). On the side of the second carrying plate (19'), on the support frame (22), there is an air intake (14) and at least one burner (10). In the bottom part of the support frame (22) there are shifting bending laths (12) and the sectional mould (13).<IMAGE>
