PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device capable of cutting a material to be cut simply, easily and with a clean cut surface with an inexpensive device by cutting the material to be cut such as a long electronic part or the like by a rotary blade moved forward and backward while being rotated by one turning force. SOLUTION: This cutter device includes a housing 11 where a sun gear 11b is formed, a shaft 14 having a disc part 14c rotatably journalled to the housing 11, a planetary gear 16 meshing with the sun gear 11b journalled to the disc part 14c, a driving gear 19 journalled to the disc part to mesh with the planetary gear 16, a rotary blade mounting rod 18 rotated in a body with the rotating shaft 18c of the driving gear 19, and a rotary blade 20 fixed to the rotary blade mounting rod 18. By rotating the shaft 14, the rotary blade 20 is moved like a circular arc while rotating on its axis.
