PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure that is small-sized but large in output of sensor. SOLUTION: On the side of a circular part 15 of a tone wheel 13, a first and a second sensors 21 and 22 are attached face to face so that the rotation angular velocity of an inner wheel 6 where the tone wheel 13 is fitted outside and fixed is freely detected. The outer diameter of a step 31 for fitting and fixing the tone wheel at the end part of the inner wheel is made smaller than the other part so that the width dimension of the circular part 15 can be ensured.
