<p>A process for producing a web-like covering material (5) from a concentrated mixture of rubber components, especially rubber waste, using an endless travelling conveyor belt (1) on which is applied the layer of an already-reacted mixture of reduced rubber waste and/or granulated rubber of new or old rubber with a PU binder as the solvent-free one-component binder and mineral materials like quartz sand, gravel, chippings and/or granulates, fibres or flour of polyurethane, PVC, polypropylene, polyamide, polyethylene, foam flakes, agglomerates, cork, timber or similar primary or recycled secondary plastics and the mixture is then concentrated and cured under the effect of heat.</p> |
