PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process the regenerated voice data of a DVD audio disc multichannel-recorded in high quality to enjoy karaoke. SOLUTION: The audio data regenerated from a DVD audio disc by a disc regeneration part is decoded by an audio regeneration part, released in scramble by a discrambler after demodulation, deformatted by a DVD audio deformatting processing part 23, and separated into forward left, center, forward right, backward left and backward right voice data, and these voice data are inputted to a mixer 24. When a user changes a switch SW to a side (b) to instruct a mixing, the forward left and forward right voice data are mixed with the voice data of a singer inputted from A/D converters 26, 27 by a mixing circuit to form a two-channel voice data, which is then outputted from output terminals 33, 34.
