PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the abrasion resistance of an Oldham's coupling and its mating member in a scroll compressor. SOLUTION: The scroll compressor has a fixed scroll and a swing scroll, and the Oldham's coupling for making the swing scroll make the swing motion is mounted in the compressor. The sliding surface of the Oldham's coupling on which the mating member slides is made of a base material 31 including silicon 32, and the surface 32A of the silicon 32 exposed to the sliding surface is formed as a flat plane. The rate of the area of the silicon 32 formed as the flat plane to the area of the sliding surface is 3-20%, or preferably, 5-15%.
