PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deodorize air in a toilet by generating minus ion by utilizing water for washing. SOLUTION: A water wheel 3 is supported in a freely rotatable manner inside a housing 2 equipped with leg portions 1 and 1 made as one united body at both the sides; an air outlet provided with a louver-shaped back board 6 is opened on the top surface of the housing 2, and a water exhaust port functioning also as an air suction port spread with mesh is opened at the bottom surface. A pipe 4 introduced from an external portion of the housing through the inside of a leg portion 1 is arranged in parallel to a rotation shaft 3a of the water wheel on the inner surface of the housing 2, and its pipe 4 is attached with a plurality of nozzles 5, 5,... directed to the vanes of the water wheel 3.
