<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control system capable of recognizing individual difference situations of use conditions of elevator users. <P>SOLUTION: This elevator control system comprises an elevator user recognition processing means 10 in which a reader terminal device 2 reads each of feature recognition information of feature information holding devices 4 carried by a plurality of elevator users within a certain operation range by using radio, and the individual difference situations of the use conditions of the plurality of users are recognized from a recognition information center 3 by using the feature recognition information; an elevator functional service selecting means 11 for performing functional service with respect to the users based on the individual difference situations; and an elevator operation control means 12 for controlling elevator operation by the functional service selection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
