The measurement device consists of a ferromagnetic nucleus, a primary coil, secondary coil and a superconducting ring. The former coil is connected in series to an auxiliary coil, to an ammeter and to an alternating current source. The secondary coil is connected to a voltmeter. A signal is appeared in the voltmeter of the auxiliary coil when the value of tip of the current circulates around the former coil is multiplied by the number of returns of value of the critical current of the superconducting.
