MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

A manufacturing method of an organic light emitting display device is provided to effectively prevent damage of an organic light emitting device due to permeation of moisture and oxygen by reducing failures caused by cracking of a second sealant. A manufacturing method of an organic light emitting display device includes the steps of: preparing a deposition substrate having at least one pixel region(320), a non-pixel region(330), and a first align mark; preparing an encapsulation substrate(400) to protect an organic light emitting display device array; spreading a first sealant(430) in the same region as a boundary between the pixel region and the non-pixel region of the deposition substrate and forming a second align mark(410) in the same position as the first align mark, on an inner surface of the encapsulation substrate opposite to the deposition substrate; aligning the deposition substrate with the encapsulation substrate by matching the first align mark and the second align mark with each other; and bonding the encapsulation substrate and the deposition substrate by the first sealant.
