PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively absorb heat, generated in a motor, by a coolant. SOLUTION: A motor 1 includes a rotor 3 freely rotatable around a rotary-shaft 3A, a stator core 5 formed by laminating a plurality of magnetic plates 7 (7C, 7D1, and 7U1) in the rotary-shaft 3A direction, and a coil 6 wound around the stator core 5. The stator core 5 has each magnetic plate 7 formed with a coolant-passage hole 10 for forming a coolant passage R to allow an insulating coolant to flow therein in the rotary-shaft 3A direction. The magnetic plate 7C and the magnetic plate 7D1 respectively having the coolant-passage hole 10 at a different position are adjacently laminated in the rotary-shaft 3A direction so that the coolant passage R is bent, expanded, or contracted. By this, the coolant flowing in the coolant passage R is effectively stirred. It improves heat-absorption efficiency by the coolant. Consequently, it improves cooling effects of the motor 1.
