PURPOSE:To prevent continuous transmission due to a failure of a radio transceiver, by blowing a fuse of a control line when a counter timer counting up the application of power supply exceeds a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:A relay 9 is a latching relay and when it is operated once, it does not restore unless initializing is done. When the power supply from a power supply control section 5 to a transmission 6 exceeds a prescribed time, it is detected by the counter timer section 7, and when the relay 9 is operated, two contacts A, B are connected to GND, +V respectively and the fuse 10 is blown. Since the relay 9 is a latching relay, the fuse 10 can be blown with a small current and for a long time. A fail-safe function to the system is realized by interrupting the transmission start circuit against the failure of continuous transmission and repetitive disturbance to the system is avoided by apparent restoration of the failure because of the power supply on/off of the device. |
