<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a recording medium where normal image formation is performed and an unnecessary recording medium from being mixed in simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether a detection signal from a paper delivery sensor is on, and thereby it is determined whether the paper delivery sensor detects a carried paper sheet (300). When it is determined that the carried paper is detected, the time of a timer on which a predetermined time is preset is subtracted in every unit time, and thereby it is determined whether the predetermined time elapses (S302).
