<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed food expanding a utilization range of low-calorie food through developing new processed food consisting mainly of konjak. <P>SOLUTION: The processed food is obtained by adding hot water to konjak powder to make the mixture into a jelly state, adding coconut milk to the mixture to make the mixture turn into homogeneous one, adding alkaline liquid obtained by dissolving calcium hydroxide in the hot water, to the mixture so as to coagulate the whole of the mixture to be molded, appropriately cutting and dividing the coagulated mixture as necessary, heating the cut and divided coagulated mixture to eliminate remaining alkaline content from the mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
