An overload preventing device of a driving motor is provided to prevent a rack and a peripheral device from being damaged by stopping the operation of the driving motor in the overload of the driving motor. A driving motor(40) is fixed in a vertical support plate(50). The driving motor and the vertical support plate are rotatably mounted in the central axis. A guide piece is fixed in both sides of the support plate. The guide groove is formed in a vertical plate(60). The vertical plate is fixed in the vertical support plate. An axial bolt(70) is connected to a nut by passing through the guide piece and a guide groove. The first and second springs are mounted on axial bolts. An operation rod(80) stops the operation of the driving motor in the overload of the driving motor.
