PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information sharing system configured to share information through a simple operation.SOLUTION: A management server includes: a generation section which generates a group ID on the basis of an instruction for creating a group for sharing a folder, to generate a mark including the group ID, a management server address, and a folder address as optically readable information; an output control section for outputting the mark; and a management section which manages an access right of the group and the folder. A terminal includes: an imaging section which images the mark output; a display section; an analysis section which analyzes the mark imaged; an icon creation section which creates an icon including the group ID, the management server address, and the folder address as optically readable information, on the basis of an analysis result; a display control section which displays the created icon on a screen; and a communication control section which transmits a request to cause a user to participate in the group. The management server associates a user ID with the group ID, on receipt of the request, to set an access right to the folder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
