The transport unit (100) comprises two ground transportation structures (110, 120); a support frame (130) suitable for fitting a belt of an enclosed belt conveyor (20) thereunder; the ground transportation structures comprising at least one height adjustment device; wherein the support frame comprises at least one connector (160), which is adapted for connecting a support structure thereto; and wherein the height adjustment devices (140, 150) are adapted to vary the position of at least a portion of the support frame in relation to the ground transportation structures.
