PURPOSE:To enable a controller to perform auto-checking, by applying timeshared pulse signals to a differential amplifier periodically, sampling the output of the amplifier by means of a latch circuit which corresponds to the pulse signals, and utilizing the logical sum of the output of the circuit for checking the operation of the amplifier. |
