PURPOSE:To make it possible to continuously add a predetermined amount of moisture to atmospheric gas with good accuracy, by controlling the surface area of a porous pipe contacted with atmospheric gas and the pressure of water filling said pipe. CONSTITUTION:Pure water 21 is recirculated so as to be flowed through a recirculation pump 24, a pipe 26, a porous pipe 27 and a pipe 28 in this order from a tank 22 and returned to the tank 22. At this time, predetermined gas is flowed into the container 31 which surrounds the porous pipe 27 in a constant flow amount from a gas inflow port 29 to add moisture in the gas supplied to a testing apparatus from a flow-out port 30. The moisture amount to be added to atmospheric gas is varied by the emitting force of the recirculation pump 24, the void ratio of the porous pipe 27 and the gas flow amount. Therefore, when the moisture amount to be added to the atmospheric gas is changed without changing the gas flow amount, the water pressure of the porous pipe 27 may be changed by using a pressure regulating valve 25. |
