PURPOSE:To prevent the adverse affection of heat, generated in case the delivery pipe is welded to secure it to one end of the casing, to a permanent magnet located at a position near one end of the casing by utilizing specified welding techniques. CONSTITUTION:One end of a guide tube 95 for guiding the delivery pipe 94 is communicated with a through hole 96 and is secured welding to a blocking member 8 before the blocking members 7, 8 are fitted to the end of a cylindrical body 6. In case the blocking members 7, 8 are fitted to the cylindrical body 6, the delivery pipe 94 is penetrated through the through hole 96 and the guide tube 95 to take it out to the ouside and subsequently, the other end of the guide tube 95 is welded and secured to the delivery pipe 94 along the whole periphery thereof. According to this method, the delivery pipe 94 may be taken out to the outside and secured to the casing 1 under keeping the inside of the casing 1 in air-tight, further, the thermal effect upon welding and securing may be prevented from affecting to the permanent magnets 16, 17 located near the one end part of the casing 1 and a special cooling means is not necessary to apply with respect to the permanent magnets 16, 17, therefore, workability may be improved. |
