PURPOSE:To easily specify the cause of an error whether it is caused by the adverse effect of the noise of a transmission line, or by the error of a main part of the transmitter or by the error of an application part of a transmitter. CONSTITUTION:A reception part 121 accepts the reception data of the transmitter. A reception part 131 accepts the output data of the transmitter. The data of the reception part 121 performs the error correction and the data of the reception part 131 discriminates the effective data from the dummy data by using a data discrimination part 132. The 126 of an error rate calculation part 1 and an error rate calculation part 134 calculate the effective data and dummy data on the reception dada and the output data of the transmitter and a display part 142 displays them. By comparing he error rate on the effective data and dummy data of the reception data of the transmitter with the error rate on the effective data and dummy data of the output data, the cause of the error can be easily specified. |
