PREPARATION METHOD OF BARIUM TITANATE SPHERICAL GRANULE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing barium titanate spherical granule is provided, CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of dissolving 0.03-0.20 mol/l of barium titanate complexd alkoxide in octanol; dissolving 0.02-0.30 mol/l of water in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO); mixing the octanol solution and the DMSO solution; and growing the barium titanate nucleus. Preferably the ratio of octanol to DMSO is 50-70 : 30-50 by volume. The solution is preferably stirred for homogeneous growth of alumina granule.
