<p>PURPOSE: To improve the quality of a communication interface device and to reduce the price of the device. CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of a data unit write control part 101 inputting a write clock 11 and input data 13 to be fixed length data which is synchronized with the write clock 11, a buffer 202 in which write data 14 is written based on the write control signal 15 from the data unit write control part 101, a read starting propriety decision part 203 generating a read start enabling signal 17 when the write control signal 15 from the data unit write control part 101 and threshold 20 which is preliminary set based on the speed ratio of the write clock 11 to a read clock 12 shows equally resulting from comparing the write control signal 15 with the threshold 20, and a data unit read control part 104 outputting a read control signal 18 to the buffer 202 after the read start enabling signal 17 is received, and outputting output data 19 synchronously with the read clock 12.</p> |
