PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a highly effective promotion interactively and realize an effect measurement of the promotion at any time and at a low cost for survey subjects selected at random by application of a radio technology. SOLUTION: In the system of questionnaire survey, an information server 21 operated by a mobile internet company 20 providing a mobile communication telephone line is connected to an information communicating network 10, which contains a base station 11, plural mobile communication terminals 12 and a gateway server 13 performing an internet service to the terminals 12 and operated by a mobile communication provider 10A. Questionnaire survey items corresponding to an advertisement and survey objects from a client 40 is created on the information server 21 by a mobile PR company 30 and delivered selectively to the terminals 12 (PR monitors 50) adapting to the survey object using personal attribute information obtained at a mobile communication contract of the mobile internet company 20, and questionnaire answers are collected in exchange for a discount of communication charge and provided to the client 40. |
