PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for a flexible printed circuit board which can be manufactured inexpensively and can reliably hold and fix the board. SOLUTION: A clip 10 for an FPC(flexible printed circuit board) includes an anchor 11 and a pinching part 12 having first and second pinching plates 13 and 14. In the pinching part 12, the first and second pinching plates 13 and 14 are coupled at their ends on the side of the anchor 11 by means of a coupler 60. A force in such a direction as to pinch and FPC 1 resulting from the resilient force of the coupler 60 is applied to the both pinching plates 13 and 14. As a result, since the both plate parts 13 and 14 can reliably pinch the FPC 1, a stably pinched and fixed state can be secured.
