SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the vanadium alloy, raw materials for the alloy are put into a water-cooled trough crucible 3 and irradiated with an electron beam by an electron-beam generation and irradiation system 4 to undergo melting and the resultant ingot is remelted in a vacuum arc furnace.
