<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for arranging bearings, which can improve the assemble-ability and maintainability of respective bearings overlapped in the axial direction. <P>SOLUTION: The structure for arranging bearings is configured such that a driven shaft 60 and a counter shaft 73 in cooperation with each other are arranged in approximately parallel with each other, and are rotatably supported via radial ball bearings 87, 88 respectively, and the respective radial ball bearings 87, 88 are arranged so as to partially overlap in the axial view.
